Corescan is gearing up to teach our half-day shortcourse on the basics of hyperspectral and hyperspectral core imaging for application in minerals exploration and mine development. Taught this time by our newest member of Corescan, geochemist Samantha Scher, we’ll be covering fundamentals of hyperspectral science, collection and analysis of hyperspectral core images and how to pull all the mineralogical data into smart statistical and 3D modeling environments.
The course will be taught in Spanish and will include both digital and hardcopy course material for attendees.
